It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Loni Maria DeAngelis, a beloved sister, daughter, and passionate advocate for animals. Loni was born on January 21, 1980, and left us far too soon on December 27, 2025.

Loni was a devoted lover and rescuer of animals, dedicating her life to their well-being and welfare. Her unwavering commitment to advocating for those who could not speak for themselves was an inspiration to all who knew her. Loni's compassionate spirit extended beyond her work with animals; she was always helpful in any situation, offering a listening ear or a helping hand to friends and family alike.

Loni is survived by her loving mother, Pamela Newton, and her brothers, Anthony DeAngelis and his wife Tawanna, and Jason DeAngelis as well her niece Emily and nephew Will.    She also leaves behind a host of extended family and friends. Her memory will forever remain in our hearts, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

In honor of Loni's legacy, the family encourages donations to local animal shelters and rescue organizations, continuing her mission to care for and protect animals in need.

Rest in peace, dear Loni. Your love and kindness will never be forgotten.
