Lois R. Vice, 92, passed to life eternal on Friday March 20, 2015 in her Charlestown apartment in Catonsville, Md. She was born on September 24, 1922 in Dola, West Virginia to Arthur and Clara Stires Schoolcraft and was predeceased by both her sister, Dolly, and her husband, Kenneth A. Vice. She is survived by her daughter, Karyn and her husband Lloyd H. Morris, Jr. Lois received her degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College and taught physical education at Easton H.S. and home economics at Towsontown Jr H.S. and Sudbrook Jr H.S. She taught Sunday school at St Mark's Methodist Church in Baltimore and was the recording Secretary and Treasurer at Milford Mill UMC. After the death of her husband in 1979, she traveled extensively throughout Europe and the U.S. and moved to Charlestown in Catonsville in 1994. She was active in exercise classes, worked in Charlestown's library, read voraciously and drove her car short distances to the end. Visitation will be 1030 to 1100 at Charlestown's Chapel on 30 March 2015. Rev Gary Hajek will perform the funeral service at 1100. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery will follow.
