On November 21, 2013, Lillie B. Cooney, predeceased by her husband, John A. Cooney, Jr.. She is survived by her sons, John A. Cooney, III and his wife, Rose Anne and Nelson J. Cooney and his wife Joan; grandmother to eight; great grandmother of twenty one; and great great grandmother of two. Mrs. Cooney rests at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD where friends are invited to call on Sunday, November 24th, 2013 from 1-4pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, November 25th, 2013 at Our Lady of the Angels Chapel at Charlestown Retirement Community at 11am. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be directed to Catholic Charities, 320 Cathedral Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201.
