On July 3, 2015, Lillian G. Waggoner passed away at the Charlestown Renaissance Gardens.She was the beloved wife of the late Roy E. Waggoner and loving mother of Joseph (Suzanne) Farley, Ronald B. (Sue) Farley and Deborah A. Stegall.She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.She was also predeceased by her siblings, Joseph Kelly and Mary D. Kelly.

Mrs. Waggoner rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229 where her family will receive guests on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 from 10AM to 12PM. Graveside funeral services will follow at 12:30PM at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens.
