On February 6, 2013, Kevin Joseph Roussell, Sr, age 58, son of Roger Sr. and Joan Roussell; father of Kevin Jr. and Ryan Roussell; grandfather of Brice Bennett Roussell; brother of Roger Jr., Cindy Meek, Craig A. Roussell, and Joanie Roussell; and several nieces and nephews.. Mr. Roussell rests at the Hubbard Funeral Home, Inc. 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229 on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 1-2pm where memorial service will follow at 2pm.
