Towns, loving father of Scott, Nicholas, Christopher and Brooke Towns, cherished brother of Brian, Dennis and Keith Towns. Mr. Towns rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. The family will receive guests on Friday, August 11, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, a Memorial Service will follow at 8:00 PM. Interment private.
