On August 17, 2011, Joyce (nee Seal) E. M. Towns, beloved wife of 66 years to Harold C. Towns, Jr., loving mother of Brian, Dennis, Kenneth and Keith Towns and cherished mother-in-law to Laura Towns, admired grandmother of Scott, Nicholas, Christopher and Brooke Towns, devoted great-grandmother of Landyn Towns, admiring sister of Phyllis Gould and John Seal.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, August 21, 2011 from 1-3 and 5-7 PM at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland. Funeral Services will follow at the Funeral Home at 7:00 PM. Interment Private.
