John W.�Smith, Jr. On May 3, 2008, John W. Smith, Jr.,�beloved husband of Kathryn A. Smith (nee Forstner) and the late Mary Smith, devoted father of Pauline, Tom, Jerry, Iris, Richard, Carol, Beverly, Jean and John. Mr. Smith is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
