On September 15, 2006, John Robert Armstrong, III,�husband�of Jessie Armstrong, devoted father�of�John Armstrong, IV and�Fallon Armstrong: brother�of Jeannie Phelps and her husband Tim,�Sandy Collett, and�Sharon�Semmont and her husband Ron. He is also survived by his cousin Deborah Greenley�as well as many other nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation to be held at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC.,�4107 Wilkens Avenue, on Wednesday, September 20, 2006, from 3 to 5 pm and 7 to 9 pm. Services to be held at 8 pm the same evening.
