On December 20, 2013, Joan A. Roussell, beloved wife of Roger, Sr.; mother of Roger, Jr., Cynthia A. Meek, Craig A. Roussell, Joan A. Roussell, and the late Kevin, Sr.; grandmother of Carrie Lynn, Shane, Melissa, Nicole, Jessica, Candice, William, Santana, Kevin, Jr., Ryan, Bethany, and Zachary; great grandmother of 18; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mrs. Roussell rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD where friends are invited to call on Monday, December 23, 2013 from 1-2pm. A Memorial Service will follow at 2pm.
