On August 8, 2017, Jean Elizabeth (nee Miller) Straka, she is the beloved wife of 42 years to Richard John Straka, loving mother of Matthew S. Straka and his wife Krista and Kenneth R. Straka and his wife Jill, cherished grandmother of Donovan and Allison Straka, admired sister of Robert A. and the late Dennis E. Miller. Jean loved her position as a Professor of Nursing.Mrs. Straka rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. The family will receive guests on Sunday, August 13, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Celebration of Life will follow at 8:00 PM.
