On January 1, 2008, Jason Vincent Jacobs, loving son of David L. and Theresa L. Jacobs, cherished brother of Dominic R., Jonathan R., Brandon M., Joseph A. and Lea K., devoted paternal grandson of Iris and the late Larry V. Jacobs and maternal grandson of Charles and Alice Piazza. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, on Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM and where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:30 AM. Interment to follow at Loudon Park Cemetery.
