On November 3, 2012, James E. Lowery, beloved husband of 64 years of Doris M. Lowery, loving father of James E. Lowery, Jr. and his wife Susan, devoted grandfather of Carlton J. Lowery and Sabrina N. Frederick and her husband Austin, cherished great-grandfather of Hayden T. Frederick and Mya L. Lowery, brother of the late Charles, Thomas and Elizabeth Lowery, Ethel Bobo, Lillian Anderson, Dorothy Turano, Anna Wagner, and Mildred Woods.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 from 11:00 AM to 12 Noon at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. Funeral Services at 12 noon at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland 21075.
