On December 23, 2014, James "Bip" Austin Fleming, beloved husband of the late Ruth Estelle Fleming, loving father of Patricia Ann Norris, brother-in-law of Mildred Carlyle, also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Fleming rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. The family will receive guests on Friday, December 26, 2014 from 10:30 am to 12:30 PM. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM in Loudon Park Cemetery, 3620 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229.
