On October 2, 2016, James �Jimmy� E. Wynkoop went to be with his Lord. He is the son of the late Laura Mae (nee Sible) and Francis J. Wynkoop, admired brother of Ida Mae Chaffman, Linda Wynkoop and the late Frieda Pool, cherished uncle of Karon Chaffman, Shellie Baskerville, Ginger Hamacher, Carrie, Billy, Wendy, Ricky, Ashley, Steven and the late Thomas �Tommy� Chaffman. Mr. Wynkoop rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD. 21229. The family will receive guests on Friday, October 7, 2016 from 10-11:30 AM, with Funeral Services to follow at 11:30 AM. Interment at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
