On August 18, 2009, James Allen Williams, beloved husband of Lou E. (nee Willis) Williams, loving father of Barbara Jean Williams, Brenda Lee Williams and Latuscha E. Caruso and her husband Anthony, also survived by 8 grandchildren.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2009 from 5-7 PM in the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland., Funeral Services will follow at 7:00 PM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the family.
