On September 24, 2018, Jack Duerbeck suddenly passed away. He was a proud career Firefighter for BCFD for 32 years. He will be missed by his wife, Sharon Duerbeck; children, Laura Perry and her husband, Chris and Scott Duerbeck and his wife, Christine Frate; grandchildren, Noah, Jonas, and Eva; mother in law, June Foster, brother, Dennis Duerbeck; and brother in law, John Foster and his wife, Linda.Jack rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229 on Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00am at St. Gabriel Church, 6950 Dogwood Rd., Windsor Mill, MD 21244. Interment to follow in Loudon Park Cemetery. Flowers will be graciously accepted, but donations may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, in his memory.
