She is the beloved wife of Gary Smith, loving mother of Marjorie Davis, Robert Rafferty, Jean Scocozzo, Charles Busby, Sherry Cirelli and the late Elsie Foster, cherished grandmother of 13 grandchildren and admired great-grandmother of 13, devoted sister of the late Mary Jean Braithwaite. Mrs. Smith rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. The family will receive guests on Thursday, January 11, 2018 from 10:00 AM until the Funeral Services at 12 Noon. Interment Private.
