Tribute
On November 21, 2020, Howard Wilkinson Jackson Cluster went to be with his Lord. He is the beloved son of the late Lillian G. (nee Trust) and James T. Cluster, Sr. He is the loving brother of James T. Cluster, Jr, Franklin D.R. Cluster and the late Lillian C. Girvin, Carolyn M. Goble, John W. E. Cluster, Andrew L. M. Cluster, Charles E. Cluster, Helen G. Phillips and Dorothy F. Holtman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Mr. Cluster rests at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. The family will receive guests on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 from 4-7 PM with funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM. Interment private.
