On January 24, 2014, Herbert Warner Bowen, husband of Charlotte G. Bowen, loving father of Cindy G. Shifrin and Herbert S. Bowen, grandfather of Samantha Shifrin, Rachel Shifrin, Max Bowen, and Bryce Bowen, brother of Jean Truitt, Linda Briggs, Tom Bowen, Pat Bowling and Mary Markley, also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Bowen rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229 on Saturday, February 1st, 2014 from 12-1 PM. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Interment private.
