On Tuesday, March 16th, 2010, Mrs. Helen V. Mengele (nee Smutek), beloved wife of the late Charles "Charlie" H. Mengele; loving mother of Donna Farmer and her husband James, Martin Mengele and his wife Kim, Diane Malone and her husband Patrick; cherished sister of Theresa Peroutka, Mary Peroutka, Martin Smutek, Dorothy Wisniewski; adored grandmother of Katie and Brian Mengele, Samantha and Danielle Farmer, Tori and Lindsay Malone; loving Aunt, dear friend and neighbor.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, March 18th, 2010 from 2-4:00 and 6-9:00 PM in HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 19th, 2010 at 11:30 AM in Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 4416 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in remembrance to the American Cancer Society.
