Helen Regina Garrish went to the Lord quietly on March 16th, 2023 at the amazing age of 98. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland on June 17th, 1924 to Edward J. and Minnie Callahan. Her brother Edward Callahan and sister Lillian Callahan pre deceased her.

Helen was a devoted wife to her husband, the late Frederick Garrish for 52 years. She missed him terribly these last 22 years.

Mom is survived by her devoted son, Bryan and daughter in law, Mary. Granddaughter Kimberly Michelle, grandson Jason Bryan and his wife Jerica Marie. Also her three precious great grandchildren, Bryden Michael, Rylan Grae and Karsyn Jade.

Mom loved being a homemaker and always took pride in a meticulous home. She had quite the sense of style and took great pride in her appearance, always matching tops, necklaces, earrings and shoes!

Mom loved nothing more than a fun party. She and dad had many friends, all of whom they shared many good times with.

She especially enjoyed and looked forward to her 2 White Russians she had each night until very recently.

Christmas Season was her favorite time of year. She loved the music, especially Oh Holy Night. She hosted many wine parities during the holidays with her friends at Parkview, making sure the everyone got in the Christmas spirit.

Mom also looked forward to her annual Christmas shopping trips with Mary, ending at UNO's with a Holiday Margarita. She also enjoyed her lunch dates with her friend of over 60 years, Josie Webb at Snyders.

We will miss having her at our family holidays and special occasions we shared at our home.

What we will remember most about Mom, is that she lived life her way. She lived a long life and a good life.
