Carper, Helen R. (nee Souders) On Saturday, December 12th, 2009, Mrs. Helen R. Carper (nee Souders), beloved wife of the late Mr. Charles E. Carper, Sr.; loving mother of Charles E. Carper, Jr., Dolly Wunder, Carol Hagy, Bonnie DeLoach, Pamela Corbin and April Krebs; adored grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren, passed away peacefully at her home at the age of 88 years. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, December 15th, 2009 from 2-4:00 and 7-9:00 PM in HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland and on Wednesday, December 16th, 2009 from 10:00 AM until 11:30 AM at Grace Bible Baptist Church, Catonsville, Maryland, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 AM at the Church. Interment will follow in Meadowridge Memorial Park.
