Gregory S Holley (63) went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 after a brief illness.  Born in Baltimore to the late Gregory C.  Holley and Delores Schaeper, Greg graduated from Andover Senior High School in 1979.  He was a highly skilled carpenter by trade, but his true passion was being a musician.  His favorite band was The Beatles, and he truly believed that HE was the fifth Beatle.

Greg is survived by his family which includes his son Paul Michael Holley of Pasadena, his ex-wife Tracey Pearce of Halethorpe, his mother Delores Patterson and stepfather Bernie Patterson of Centreville, his brother Keith Holley of St. Mary's County, and his brother-in-law Christopher Glass of Annapolis.  Greg was preceded in death by his sister Michelle Holley Haines formerly of Pasadena.

Greg is also survived by his best friends and "brothers from another mother" Mark and Roberta Campbell of Westminster, Wayne Silverman and wife Charlotte of Finksburg, Craig "Spank" Dennin of Bowie, and Nick and the late Steve Sperlein of Baltimore who are now together and joyfully rock and rolling in heaven for eternity.

Greg will be missed by the multitude of friends that he has made over the years who were drawn to his kindness, compassion towards others, and just his overall caring personality.  He will be missed.

Going home services will be celebrated on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at the Sterling Ashton Schwab Witzke Funeral Home, 1630 Edmonston Ave., Catonsville, MD 21228 with a viewing from 2:00 PM to 3 PM with a funeral service directly after.

Light fare and snacks will be offered.
