On January 20, 2012, Gloria C. (nee Marano) Otter, beloved wife of the late Charles J. Otter, loving mother of Angela O. Mattoon and her husband Roland and Charles F. Otter and his wife Kimberley, cherished grandmother of Meghan Mattoon, Charles L. Otter and his wife Michelle, Nicholas Hoyt and Jennifer Courneya and her husband Jean-Paul, devoted great-grandmother of Karleigh LeBon, Charles B. Otter, Jourdyn Otter and Skyler Sroka.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 4416 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. Interment to follow at Loudon Park Cemetery, 3620 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229.
