On September 2, 2017, George Richard Olwine was reunited with his beloved wife, Ruth Olwine, in their Heavenly home. He was also greeted by his son, George M. Olwine, who predeceased him years ago. His legacy of love is continued through his surviving children, John E. Olwine, Carolyn L. Simpkins and her husband, Norman, David W. Olwine, Katherine M. Christopolis and her husband, Mike, and Mary R. Olwine. He was the very proud grandfather, great grandfather, and great great grandfather to fifty six young men and women. Mr. Olwine rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229 on Thursday, September 7, 2017 from 7-9pm. His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11am at Our Lady Of Victory Catholic Church, 4416 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229.
