On November 4, 2017, Frank L. Hullihen, Sr. was reunited with his beloved wife, Elizabeth �Lulu M. (nee Smith) Hullihen in their heavenly home. Frank was the cherished father of Peachy Hullihen, Ruth Frey and her husband Edward, David Hullihen and his wife Lori, Patty Wheeler and Dave Jackson, Michelle Lowman and her husband James, Jr., Fran Rodriguez and her husband Moses, Glenda Rickman, and the late Frank L. Hullihen, Jr. and Robert (Buck) Donelson. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Mr. Hullihen rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. The family will receive guests on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM and on November 8, 2017 from 9-11 AM at which time Funeral Services will take place.
