Moritz, Francis X. On Friday, August 4th, 2006, Mr. Francis X. Moritz, beloved husband of the late Mary E. Moritz (nee Dougherty); loving father of Frank Moritz, Edward Moritz, James Moritz and Margaret Ann Bradshaw; cherished brother of Reverend Paul Moritz and Dr. Robert Moritz; adored grandfather to eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was ordained a permanent Deacon in 1977 and was assigned to parish Shrine of the Sacred Heart in Mt. Washington. He ministered to chronically ill patients in Baltimore and surrounding areas, and would occasionally assist in the Pastoral Ministries while at Charlestown Retirement Community. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, August 7th, 2006 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM in Our Lady of the Angels Chapel, Charlestown Retirement Community, Catonsville, Maryland, where Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM in Our Lady of the Angels Chapel. Interment will follow in Lorraine Park Cemetery.
