Obituary

Francine passed away at the young age of 62 on June 23, 2022. Fran passed away at her home in Dundalk, MD surrounded by her loving family, which was exactly how Fran wanted to leave this beautiful world.

Francine was employed with R.E. Michael Company for over 25 years as a Regional Credit Manager. If you knew Fran, you know how proud she was of her job title as it took her many years, and many hours of schooling in order to achieve that title. She loved her job and many of the women she worked with ultimately became like family.

Francine started several side businesses but truly fell in love with her jewelry business of selling paparazzi jewelry that became a passion in the last couple of years.

Francine is preceded in death by her father Norval Sr and mother Francies and survived by her brother Norval VanDevender Jr (wife Samantha), sister Leanda VanDevender, daughter Amber Harting and sons Robert Harting (wife Courtney) and Anthony Glorioso. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren Alexa, Alyssa, Julia and Addy, her Aunt Olive, her nieces and nephews, Tabatha, Brian, Michael, Heather, Buddy, Samantha, and Josh, as well as many cousins and distant relatives.

Francine was a strong-willed, independent woman who was never afraid to speak her mind. You either loved her or you didn't, she didn't care either way. She always stayed true to herself and even though she could be tough at times, you at least always knew where you stood with her.

Francine loved to travel, especially to Arizona and Hawaii. Her dream was to pack up everything and retire to Maui. She enjoyed scrapbooking, painting, going to designer purse bingo with her daughter, shopping, and loved spending time with her fur babies Mojo, Bam Bam, Isabella, and Nikita. She also loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and family any chance that she could get.
