On March 20, 2016, Francies Leuise (nee Green) VanDevender, beloved wife of the late Norval A. VanDevender, Sr., loving mother of Francine VanDevender, Leanda VanDevender, Norval VanDevender, Jr. and his wife Samantha, cherished grandmother of Tabatha, Amber, Brian, Michael, Robert, Heather, Buddy, Joshua, Anthony, and Samantha, also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.

Mrs. VanDevender rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. The family will receive guests on Thursday, March 24, 2016 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 25, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
