On Tuesday, June 14th, 2011, Mrs. Frances V. MacNelly (nee Darlack), beloved wife of Mr. Roland B. MacNelly; cherished sister of Margaret Airey and Mary Darlack, and sister-in-law of Edwin and Melvin MacNelly; passed away peacefully.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, June 21st, 2011 from 9:00 – 10:30 AM in HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland, where a Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM in the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Maryland Veterans Cemetery-Garrison Forest, Owings Mills, MD.
