Higgins, Frances Ellen

On Wednesday, October 6th, 2010, Mrs. Frances E. Higgins (nee Kauffman); beloved wife of the late Vincent J. Higgins; loving mother of Sister Anne Higgins; cherished sister of Howard Kauffman, and the late Albert, Daniel, Harold and Leon Kauffman; passed away peacefully at the age of 95 years.

At the request of Mrs. Higgins, no formal Memorial Service will be held. A Private Cremation will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in remembrance to St. Martin's Home, Little Sisters of the Poor, 601 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, Maryland 21228.
