Mrs. Frazier rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229 where friends are invited to call on Wednesday, April 16th, 2014 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Her Funeral Service will be on Thursday at 11am in the funeral home. Interment at Loudon Park Cemetery.
