On July 14, 2014, Evelyn Velma (nee Widerman) Dorn, beloved wife of the late Edwin S. Dorn, loving mother of Carole A. Grimm and her husband Bob and the late Sharon Harvey, cherished sister of Claude Widerman and his wife Catherine and the late Lucille Close, devoted grandmother of Robin M. Martin and her husband Jeff and Laura C Hiser and her husband J. R., adored great-grandmother of Drew and Paige Martin and Porter and Coleman Hiser.

Mrs. Dorn rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. The family will receive guests on Thursday, July 17, 2014 from 2:30-4:30 PM and 7:00-9:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 18, 2014 at 10:00 AM in the Chapel at Charlestown Retirement Community, 711 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, Maryland 21228. Interment to follow at Lakeview Memorial Park, Skyesville, Maryland.
