Bley, Emil Charles Emil Charles Bley, of Baltimore, Maryland, died February 24th, 2009 at the Seasons Hospice at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, Maryland, after several years of battling cancer. He was nearing his 85th birthday on February 27th. Emil will be sorely missed by his family and beloved dog, Fluffy. Survivors include four children, Emil F. Bley and Tammy, Nancy Martin and JC, Pat Smith and Ron, and Michael Bley; 5 grandchildren Angela Bley, Samantha and Chris Bley, Trisha and Michael Smith; 6 great grandchildren Victoria and Anthony Reynolds, Fabian Ramirez, Tre Reynolds, DaShane Everette and Myra Smith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Bettie Mae Gregory, his wife Dorothy V. Bley (nee Litwin) in 1976, and his brother Thomas W. Bley. Also preceding him in death were two of his previous wives, Ilena and Shirley, and former companion, Ingrid. Born February 27th, 1924 in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of the late Emil Charles Frederick Bley and Myrtle Virginia Bley (nee Hall). Though he only had an 8th grade education, he worked his way to the second top position in the Maintenance Department at Westinghouse which later was bought by CGR. He retired from CGR Medical. He enjoyed billiards and taking trips to Florida to visit friends. A Memorial Service to celebrate his life will be held on Monday,�March 2nd, 2009 at 11:00 AM in HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland.
