On April 21, 2023, Elsie Rose (nee Jorgensen) Hartman, of Arbutus/Catonsville, went to be with her Lord. She is the beloved wife of the late John (Jack) C. Hartman, Sr., loving mother of Jacquelyn L. (nee Hartman) Fujiwara and John C. Hartman, Jr. She is the cherished grandmother of 5 grandchildren and great-grandmother of 8 great-grandchildren. Elsie was a resident of Charlestown Retirement Community for the past 20 years.
Memorial Donations in Elsie's memory may be made to the Charlestown Benevolent Care Fund or to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
