On April 1, 2013, Elsie I. Foster, 51, passed away following a short illness.She was the daughter of Irene (Gary) Smith and the beloved wife of Mark L. Foster and loving mother of Heather (Jon) Duke, Mark (Venita) Foster Jr. and Timothy Foster.Elsie is also survived by her sisters Jeanie Davis, Marjorie (Joseph) Davis and Sherry (John) Cirelli and her brothers Robert Rafferty and Charles Busby as well as her dear grandchildren, Kevin, Ethan, David and Joseph.
Mrs. Foster rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Ave., Baltimore, where friends are invited to call on Thursday, April 4, 2013 from 3-5PM and 7-9PM and her funeral service will be held on Friday at 11AM.
