On August 6, 2016, Elmer C. Fleischer went to be with his Lord. He is the beloved husband of the late Margaret E. Fleischer, loving father of Bryant W. Fleischer and his wife Patricia, Craig E. Fleischer and his wife Dwyn and Lisa A. White and her husband Harrison, cherished grandfather of Stacey Lee Phelps and her husband Scott, Casey-Mae McGinley and her husband Stephen, Roxanne M. Wood and her husband Mark, Forest R. Fleischer, Heather N. Bailey and her husband Matthew and Bradley V. White and his wife Shannon, also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Fleischer rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. The family will receive guests on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 in the St Joseph Monastery Catholic Church at 1:00 PM. Interment to follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park.
