On May 29, 2015, Elizabeth S. (nee Crowe) Thatcher, went to be with her Lord. She is the beloved wife of the late Edward Thatcher, III, devoted mother of the late Edward Thatcher, IV, cherished mother-in-law of Mildred Thatcher, admiring grandmother of Kristin Superczynski and her husband Joseph and Edward F. Thatcher and his wife Jennifer, great-grandmother of Sydney and Dominic Thatcher.

Mrs. Thatcher rests at the Chapel at Charlestown Retirement Community, 711 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, Maryland 21228. The family will receive guests from 10-11 AM on Wednesday, June 3, 2015. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 AM with the Reverend Gary Hajek presiding. Interment to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park, Glen Burnie, Maryland.
