On January 17, 2016, Elizabeth (Lulu) M. (nee Smith) Hullihen, went to be with her Lord. She is the loving wife of Frank L. Hullihen, Sr., beloved mother of Fran Rodriguez and her husband Moses, Glenda Rickman and her husband Jim, Michelle Lowman and her husband James, Jr., Peachy Hullihen, Ruth Frey and her husband Edward, David Hullihen and his wife Lori, Patty Wheeler and the late Robert (Buck) Donelson and Frank L. Hullihen, Jr., also survived by 18 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Hullihen rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. The family will receive guests on Thursday, January 21, 2016 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM and on Friday, January 22, 2016 from 9-11 AM at which time Funeral Services will take place. Interment to follow at Loudon Park Cemetery.
