On May 10th, 2020, Elaine Ruth Foard passed away. She was the beloved daughter of the late Ronald and Myra (Nee Atkinson) Hull, loving wife to the late Howard ("Bunky") Foard, and dear friend of Toni Leash and Glen Taylor. A funeral will be held on Thursday 10am at HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC. 4107 Wilkens Ave. Baltimore, MD 21229. Interment will immediately follow the service at Lorraine Park Cemetery.
