On July 6, 2011, Edna S. (nee Spangler) Waggner, loving mother of Robin Ann Bradley; cherished grandmother of Edward Dana Bradley and his wife Robin; devoted great-grandmother of Cathy and Austin Bradley.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2011 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 8, 2011 at 1:30 PM at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park, Glen Burnie, Maryland.
