On March 17, 2017, Dorothy Thrift Knust, loving mother of Diana Shackelford, cherished grandmother of Michael and Leslie Shackelford also survived by 8 great-grandchildren. Dorothy was retired from the Fidelity & Deposit Co. of Maryland as the Assistant Treasurer. Mrs. Knust rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. The family will receive guests on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 from 10 AM to 12 PM at which time Funeral Services will take place. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, 2130 Woodlawn Drive, Gwynn Oak, Maryland 21207. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations in her name to the American Cancer Society.
