On August 20, 2023, Dorothy (June) B. Shaw went home to be with her Lord. She is the beloved daughter of the late Julia W. (nee Smith) and Erich Wolf, loving wife of the late Arthur Reynolds Shaw, Jr., cherished mother of Kathleen R. Cavero and her husband David, Arthur R. Shaw, III, Donna J. McCreer and her husband Michael, and Stephen W. Shaw and his wife Judi, also survived by 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. June is one of 12 children that her parents had and enjoyed.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 27, 2023, from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Monday, August 28, 2023, at 1:00 PM in St. Alphonsus Rodriguez Catholic Church, 10800 Old Court Road, Woodstock, MD 21163. Interment to follow at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens, Marriottsville, MD.
