Doris Ethel Orem passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2014 after a lengthy stay at Frederick Villa Nursing Home in Catonsville. Doris was 94 years old, born on April 5, 1920 in Baltimore, MD. She married James Raymond �Ray� Orem, Sr. in 1937. They were married for 48 years before his death in 1985. Doris was a devoted housewife to Ray and cherished mother to Helen Louise Wilkinson and her husband, Jon, James Raymond Orem, Jr., the late Charles William Orem, the late Leonard Louis Orem, and daughter in law, Helen Orem. Doris is also survived by her nine grandchildren including John Orem, Wayne Orem, Michele Over, and the late Daniel Orem. She was a proud great grandmother of five. Doris� deep family roots have remained in her hometown of Baltimore. Mrs. Orem rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229 where family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, December 23rd, 2014 from 11am-1:45pm. Her funeral service will be at 1:45pm. Interment will follow in Loudon Park Cemetery.
