Dennis Patrick Cronin passed away peacefully of natural causes on November 10th at his home in Gwynn Oak, Maryland.He was 93 years old. Born in 1928 to Barnard and Catherine Cronin, he was baptized at St. John's Church in Baltimore City. He was the last survivor of his nine siblings.

Dennis was the beloved husband of his wife of 54 years, Barbara Ann Cronin; devoted father of Kathleen Machan (Andrew) of Bethesda, MD and Colleen Cronin of Charleston, SC; loving grandfather of Neal Machan and Sean Machan. He is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Dennis served in the Army and was a Korean War veteran. He retired after thirty years of federal service at the Social Security Administration in Woodlawn, Md. In life, Dennis enjoyed singing, musicals, duckpin bowling, traveling, dancing, sharing stories and spending time with his family. He belonged to the Social Security Alumni Association, AARP and the American Legion.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 18th, 2021, from 1-4pm at HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, Inc. 4107 Wilkens Ave. Baltimore, MD 21229. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, November 19th from 12:30-1pm. Interment will immediately follow at 1:45 PM - 2:00 PM at Maryland Veterans Cemetery Garrison Forest, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117.
