On Friday, October 12, 2012, Della Lee Stewart passed at UMMC. Born on March 11, 1923 to and later worked for over 30 years as a Nursing Assistant for the State of Maryland.Della was predeceased by her husband Clyde R. Stewart, Sr. in 1980.She is survived by her children, Ralph Beckner, Laura (Charles) Kriete, Mary (Wayne) Eaton, John (Sandy) Poffenburger and Clyde R. Stewart, Jr.She is also survived by her grandchildren, Chucky, Laura, Eddie, June, Lisa, Barbara, Amanda, Heather, and Clyde, III as well as her 10 great-grandchildren.
Della rests at the Hubbard Funeral Home, 4107 Wilkens Ave, Baltimore, MD where family will receive friends on Thursday, October 18, 2012 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 7pm with her funeral service to follow at 7pm.Interment will be private.
