On February 8, 2013, Dawn P. Sipes passed away at St. Agnes Hospital following a short illness.Dawn was born in Baltimore City on January 1, 1955 to the late Orville G. and Joyce M. Houck Faulkner.She was a Medical Assistant for many years and worked primarily in physician officesShe leaves behind her beloved husband George L. Sipes, Jr. and she was the loving mother of Gary Sipes, Sr, George (Jennifer) Sipes, III, Shawn (Shannon) Sipes and Robert Sipes.  She was the dear grandmother ofKaitlin, Jorden, Morghyn, Gary Jr, Michaela, Abigail, Brittani, Tyler, Christopher, Emma and Alex.Dawn also leaves her 5 sisters, Wanda, Melody Chester, Joy Overfelt, Linda Mallow and Mary Bittle.
Dawn rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229 where family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, February 10, 2013 from 1-3 PM and 5-7PM.  Funeral services will be at the funeral home on Monday at 11AM.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Stroke Foundation.
