On May 22, 2012, David Lee Carnes, Sr. of Baltimore passed away at home. Born on November 23, 1934 he worked for Bethlehem Steel for nearly 30 years before his retirement. Predeceased by his son Dennis and brother John Carnes he is survived by his loving companion of 30 years Judy Honeycutt and his children; Debbie Morse, Michael (Brenda) Carnes, Sherry Carnes, Susan Carnes and David Carnes, Jr. and his step-daughter Billie Pierson, Judith Housand and Bonnie Sears as well as 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, May 28th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21229. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 29th at 1:00pm at the funeral home with interment in Cedar Hill Cemetery, 5829 Ritchie Highway, Brooklyn Park, Maryland 21225.
