On June 10, 2014, Clinton A. Brooks, loving father of Florence A. and her husband Herbert S. Russell, Sr, beloved grandfather of Stephenie C., Herbert S., Jr., Samantha H. and Clinton B. Russell, also survived by a host of other family and friends.

Mr. Brooks rests at the family operated HUBBARD FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4107 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. The family will receive guests on Friday, June 13, 2014 from 1-3 and 5-7 PM with funeral service to be held at 7:00 PM. Interment private.
